Since 2001 "Ukrainian Journal of Dermatology, Venereology, Cosmetology" forms a professional community of doctors-dermatovenerologists on a European basis. How to sustain a balance between academic and practical articles, how to enforce the main task of the journal like promoting the cooperation of science with clinical practice are important issues that defined the journal's policy.

The journal is a collective team work which focuses on the work of the editors, authors and our readers. Without interactive communication with the professional community our publication could not exist.

The results of 17 years of work of "Ukrainian Journal of Dermatology, Venereology, Cosmetology" confirm that the journal justified the confidence of dermatological community in Ukraine and successfully works on further improvement of its publications.
